In 2021, Richmond focuses on validating processes and calibrating measuring instruments, including maintaining, repairing and adjusting the equipment. Richmond’s focus is on healthcare, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, food and animal nutrition.

Richmond has developed the BAPS (Barcode Assisted Processing System) for pharmacies that prepare their own medicines. BAPS has proven itself over the past decades as a valuable and reliable automation concept to support processing processes for the preparation of medicines.
